JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the whole machine design, structure design, gas and liquid functional unit design, assembly process design and material selection of CNC machine tools.

2. Responsible for the maintenance of existing product design and the design of customized extension products.

3. Be responsible for the design of tools, clamps and fixtures for product implementation and product application.

4. Responsible for the preparation of product assembly process documents and technical documents.

5. Guide personnel to assemble machine parts.

6. Cooperate with electrical engineer to complete product design.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, proficient in CNC machine tool structure design, pneumatic and hydraulic function unit design.

2. Engaged in mechanical design of CNC machine tools for more than 5 years.

3. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other design software.

4. Familiar with machining process and mechanical assembly process.

5. Familiar with the selection of functional unit parts of CNC machine tools at home and abroad.

6. Serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, with good innovation spirit and team spirit

The comprehensive salary is 8000-15000 yuan per month
